Application Guide: 4 Simple Steps to Permanent Repair

Debris Clearing (Clean)

Sweep the pothole area to remove loose rocks, dust, and large debris. Go Green successfully displaces water upon compaction, so the pothole does not require complete drying.

Direct Application (Pour)

Pour the mixture directly from the 20kg bag, bucket, or 1-ton bulk bag into the repair zone. For optimal results, slightly overfill the hole by 10-15mm to allow for compaction displacement.

Compaction (Compact)

Compact the mixture using a standard hand tamper, vibrating plate compactor, or simply roll over the patch with a heavy vehicle tire for smaller emergency repairs. For depths exceeding 50mm, apply and compact in successive layers.

Immediate Open to Traffic (Accept)

Open the repaired section to traffic immediately. Passing vehicles will provide natural continuous compaction, increasing the pavement's aggregate interlock and strength over time.
